Life Education

Last week we were lucky to have Mrs Henderson online with us. She focused on Health and PE lessons relating to our feelings and about being in lockdown. We had to do a variety of activities. Share what we can do when we are feeling sad, lonely, angry. Create a traffic light kebab. Share what we would do if we had the superpower of kindness. Create a wishing jar of things that we would like to do when lockdown is over. Get outside and do some exercise and record our pulse.
Here is a sample of some of the activities that they completed.

Covid - 19 poster

Well done to Maia who has made this great poster about Covid-19 handshaking at home.
We hope you have all been foot shaking instead. Stay safe at home over the next 4 weeks.

Healthy Food

Miss Fletcher has been working with us around healthy food and litter free lunchboxes.
The children worked on a google draw to show the superfoods they learnt about. Miss F put the google draws together into a slide to share.

Project Energise

We had Bodean from Project Energise at our school for a skills lesson on netball. Unfortunately it rained and we had to go indoors. Boedean had Pro Joe with him so he came into our class and talked to us about healthy foods and how they help about Grow, Grow, Go  Glow and Slow.
Frank and Kayla have shared  what they had learnt.
