Parent Evening Presentation

Chromebook Rollout

The Year 4 students from Team Awa had an awesome morning on Wednesday at the Chromebook Rollout. The day was made even more special by starting with a powhiri and welcoming visitors from Local and International Rotary.

The students were super excited to tear open their brown boxes to reveal their precious chromebook. The Year 3 students were also excited too as they got given a school chromebook that they will be using for the year.



We are all looking forward to working on our chromebooks and sharing our learning with everyone.

Working in collaborative groups.

We have been working in collaborative groups so that everybody learns together by helping and encouraging each other. Here are some photos of us completing a statistics investigation on the lollies found in a Lolly Scramble bag. We were surprised how different each team's bags were.

The Treaty of Team Awa

We have been learning about treaties and how they help us work together as a collaborative team. The children came up with lots of great values and rules they need to follow to be the best learners they can be.
