Vaseline Saucers

On Friday we had our school Pet Day. It is always so much fun.
We made Vaseline saucers the day before for the judges to see.

Project Island Song

Last term some of us were lucky enough to go to Otehei Bay with Project Island Song. We had a great day learning about how they trap pests to protect the native birds on the islands around the Bay of Islands (Ipipiri). Here are a couple of movies the children made after the trip.

Greats and Grands Day 2018

Last week we had our annual Greats and Grands (grandparents) Day. This is always a popular event and as usual we had a fabulous turn out.

The children shared items with the grandparents and the grandparents joined us for a fun jump jam. We took them to our class and shared our blog and gave them the calendars we made. It was such a fun day. Thank you to everyone who came.
